The Arcturian Star Beings are an advanced Galactic Race offering to support us in raising our energy frequency.

The higher we vibrate in the frequencies of love, compassion, joy and happiness, the less we pollute our bodies through toxic living with unhealthy diets, low vibration life styles disconnected from nature, the less likely we are to getting ill and activate disease grids we are unknowingly vibrationally attached too.

Stress is the biggest illness inducing lifestyle causation of poor health. When we connect to the higher frequency light of Source, which the Arcturians are masters of, we de-stress and our bodies can cope more easily with the toxins of modern living.

Underlying all this however are the disease grids that exist on Earth.
