• The retreat began at 7pm on Sunday 18th October where participants tuned into the land and Alphedia channelled Mary and Isis and took participants on a guided meditation to connect them fully to the Iona Heart Portal.

• A Dragon Portal was activated at the south of the island at St Columba's Bay and an attunement held at the Magdalene labyrinth Alphedia created the previous year. We visited the Fairy Mound and climbed Dun I, the highest hill, to receive a Magdalene blessing at the Well of Eternal Youth.
• A whale heart activation occurred at the Bay at the back of the ocean as Isis channeled the heart song of the whales for participants to take to the sea.

• Participants visited the Mary Chapel ruin and gave blessings to the Divine Feminine and Divine Mother energies.

• A sacred gong journey was channelled by Auraengus and Alphedia. Crystal attunements and vocal activations were also performed.

• On the Thursday evening a sacred ceremony of honouring the Divine Goddess was performed.

• On the Wednesday evening Alphedia facilitated an Iona workshop, open to those not attending the full retreat, in a similar format to the full moon workshops - channelling from Mary Magdalene, self initiation exercise and guided meditation.
